When it comes to COVID-19, access reliable data is vital. It crucial for the scientific community use reported by independent territories worldwide. This study evaluates reliability of pandemic disclosed 182 countries We collected and assessed conformity COVID-19 daily infections, deaths, tests, vaccinations with Benford’s law since beginning coronavirus pandemic. commonly accepted that frequency leading digits shall conform law. Our analysis Benfordness elicits most partially distributed over past eighteen months. Notably, UK, Australia, Spain, Israel, Germany, followed 22 different nations, provided within same period. In contrast, twenty-six including Tajikistan, Belarus, Bangladesh, Myanmar, published less on spread. this context, 31% worldwide seem have improved reliability. measurement moderately correlates Johns Hopkin’s Global Health Security Index, suggesting quality may depend national healthcare policies systems. conclude economically or politically distressed societies declined in time. results are particularly relevant policymakers
